The location proved convenient. I found easy access to transport for reaching the airport. The room included ALL the necessary facilities. It was also clean and practical.
The entrance was unwelcoming. The building felt creepy upon arrival. The room seemed old AND unclean. I felt uneasy .

unclear signsteep stairs
The entrance was hard to find. I saw just a plain door. There was no clear sign for the place, annoying. The stairs were also very steep and seemed unsafe. I nearly slipped. They need better lighting and maybe a handrail.

The location is very good and close to the train station. The room was very nice and neat. i liked that the room was better than in the photos. i even had a toaster and fridge in my room. The bathroom smelled nice.
the road noise was very loud, it disturbed my sleep. i messaged the hosts about a weed smell, but they did not believe i was there. i never saw any staff.

a tesco is downstairs which makes it convenient to buy drinks and snacks. there are also several late evening eateries within ten minutes walk. it is also close to m&s food with fresh, ready-made food.

The host answered all my questions fast and kindly. staff is very responsive and helpful. i liked the self check in. The email was clear with photos, though i didn't expect two addresses.
